Sun Property launches Beachtro Tower at Blanca City: over 1,700 freehold sea-front apartments

In September 2026, Sun Property – a member of Sun Group – introduced the Beachtro Tower sea-front apartment complex in the Blanca City township on 3 Thang 2 Boulevard. According to the developer, the complex has more than 1,700 freehold apartments and is the last freehold apartment stock in this township of over 96 ha.

What the developer announced

• Scale: over 1,700 sea-front apartments with freehold ownership, fronting 3 Thang 2 Boulevard within Blanca City (over 96 ha).
• Product mix: studio, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom+, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom+, 3-bedroom and 3-bedroom+ units.
• Handover: the Dyhome apartment line is handed over as a “creative space” package, letting owners complete the interior layout themselves.
• Design team: architecture by Aedas, inspired by the Tao Phung lighthouse; landscape and amenity planning by Kume Design Asia (part of Kume Sekkei, Japan).
• In-building amenities: the Tro-Collection of nearly 20 amenities arranged by floor — floor 1 has Tro Park, Tro Chill with the Tro Oasis Pool, Flower Hi Garden and a Water Playground; floor 3 has Tro Play with 6 themed gardens; floor 20 has The 20 Tro Nest; floor 40 has the Tro Signature observation deck; plus Tro Work and Tro Fitness.
• Township amenities: three parks – Whale Park, Sport Park and Kid Sport Park – plus Central Park, the 15-ha Sun World Vung Tau park, a Marriott hotel, a sea-front shopping mall, a 1 km beach, an international school and a healthcare complex.
