DIC Group brought the Blumor Vung Tau project to the Vietnam International Building & Interior Exhibition (VIBE 2026), held from 30/9 to 3/10/2026 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), HCMC. The project is at 169 Thuy Van, Tam Thang Ward, Back Beach area.

- Scale: 31 storeys above ground and 2 basements.
- Products: 315 condotel units; floors 1–2 house amenities and services, floors 3–30 have 314 units, and floor 31 is 1 penthouse.
- Unit mix: studio, 1–3 bedroom units and penthouse.
- Progress: the project is under construction and expected to launch in 2027.
- The project is part of DIC Group’s DIC Star – Cap Saint Jacques complex in the Back Beach area.
DIC’s booth at VIBE 2026
- VIBE 2026 brought together more than 300 brands, 700 booths and over 10,000 products.
- DIC’s booth featured an open space in a predominantly blue palette, with Blumor Vung Tau as the highlight.
- It included a consultation area, a project documents display and touch-screen TVs with a 360-degree virtual model.
