Blanca City after over a year of construction: 96% of Casa Townhouses have reached the roof, villas rising

According to Sun Property’s update on 08/09/2026, as of August 2026 the low-rise subdivisions of the Blanca City coastal mega-city in Vung Tau have taken clear shape after more than a year of construction. The high-rise area and technical infrastructure are being built at the same time.

What the developer announced

• Casa Townhouses: 96% of units have reached the roof, and more than half have finished exteriors.
• Semi-detached and detached villas: expected to complete 85% of roofs and 100% of wall structures by September 2026.
• Beachfront Boutique Villas: nearly 50% of foundation works completed.
• The low-rise area has more than 200 design models, with 3–4 storey homes plus 1 basement.
• High-rise area: Beachtro Tower and Beacon Tower are expected to complete 100% of pile caps and the B3 slab in September 2026; the Blanca towers are excavating and building pile caps.
• Infrastructure: the widened Hang Dieu road is 95% complete; storm water and wastewater drainage is nearly finished; utility trenches, power, water supply, lighting and sidewalk paving are underway.
• Amenities: the 15-hectare Sun World Vung Tau water park is operating; 8 internal theme parks are about to be built; the 2.3-hectare Whale Park next to Beachtro Tower; Kid Sport Park under construction.

The update does not yet give specific handover dates for each subdivision.
