Keppel and Khang Dien launch Gladia Heights: 616 riverside apartments on the Vo Chi Cong axis

On 01/08/2026, the Keppel–Khang Dien joint venture launched the Gladia Heights apartments fronting Vo Chi Cong Street, HCMC, next to Thu Thiem. According to the developer, more than 1,500 customers attended and hundreds of units were transacted in under four hours.

What the developer announced

• Gladia Heights has 3 towers with 616 apartments and 23 commercial units, within an approximately 60-hectare urban cluster developed by Khang Dien.
• Legal status: land use rights certificate, approval to sell off-plan housing and a handover guarantee from VietinBank; foreigners are eligible to own.
• Over 60 amenities in the urban cluster: schools, medical facilities, retail, parks, squares and riverside spaces.
• Payment policy: sign the sale contract from 10% of the value; loans of up to 75% from VietinBank, BIDV, OCB, MB Bank, Vietcombank and Standard Chartered; 24-month interest support.
• Connectivity: about 15 minutes to Ba Son Bridge and 20 minutes to Ben Thanh Market.
