Persa Place – Springville sells out 420 apartments on launch day, handover expected Q3 2028

Gamuda Land said all 420 apartments at Persa Place, the high-rise subdivision of the Springville urban area in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai, were sold on launch day, held on site the weekend before 25/05/2026.

What the developer announced

• Products: 420 apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms, 38–105 m², plus 9 commercial shops.
• Launch result: 100% of apartments found owners on the day.
• Payment policy: 10% upfront, then 5–10% per quarter, spread until Q3 2028; loans of up to 80% of the value, principal grace period of up to 24 months, interest support of up to 9%/year for 18 months; 7% early payment discount, up to 11%.
• Expected handover: Q3 2028.
