Dai Quang Minh, a member of Thaco Group, has just launched two new projects in the Sala urban area, Thu Thiem, HCMC after 8 years of development: the Sarene apartment complex and the Savila sky villas.
What the developer announced
- Sarene (North Sala subdivision): nearly 500 high-end apartments and commercial townhouses, starting at 172 million VND/m², expected completion and handover in December 2027.
- Savila (South Sala subdivision): 56 Sky Villas and 40 Shop apartments, starting at 184 million VND/m², expected handover in September 2027.
- Location: about 260 m from the Metro Line 2 underground station, within the 106-hectare Sala urban area with total investment of 2.2 billion USD.
